Freddy M. Delgadillo has lived in the Greater Eastside area (Bellevue,Kirkland,Redmond) his whole life. He was raised in Redmond, where he attended Rosehill Junior High and Lake Washington High School.

He has been a full time realtor since 1999. He started his career as an assistant to real estate broker, then in 2000 he had the privilege to be trained in single family homes, new construction, and condo conversions by Kim Buchan at Sonoma Villero.

Freddy is driven, passionate, focused, and determined when dealing with real estate. He gives much appreciation for his career to his wife Dionne, and his children Judah, Kaiza, Elijah.

He has helped over 100 families buy and sell in the Greater Puget Sound - Eastside area in his career and brings a "can do" attitude to all sales transactions.

Freddy attended Bellevue Community College, the University of Washington and has invested over 450 hours in continuing education in real estate.
